Training Period: Complete color belt training

Additional Requirements: Assist with classes


Associate Black Belt: (Plain Black Belt)

Age Requirement: 14 years old (Instructor Discretion)

Training Period: 1 year minimum

Form: Bassi and Gae Beak

Board Breaks: Finish breaking list or appropriate substitute breaks

Additional Requirements: Teach warm-ups and train with weapon


1st Dan Black Belt: (Embroidered Black Belt)


Age Requirement: 16 years old (Instructor Discretion)

Training Period: 1 year minimum 

Form: Choong-Jang and Yoo-Sin 

Board Breaks: Finish breaking list or appropriate substitute breaks

Additional Requirements: Teach Full Classes


2nd Dan Black Belt:

Age Requirement: 18 years old (Instructor Discretion)

Training Period: 2 years

Form: Students Choice

Board Breaks: Students Choice 

                Additional Requirements: Study a specialized training method/weapon.
